Good questions deserve clear answers.
A quick guide to SourceKB, approved content, multilingual answers and handoffs.
What is SourceKB?
SourceKB is a managed assistant for a website. It answers visitors from content the business has approved.
Explore the product →What content can SourceKB use?
Pages from your website, plus FAQs, policies and other information you give us as PDFs or text. PDFs need to contain text: scanned pages can’t be read. The business chooses what SourceKB can use, and approves every answer before it goes live.
See how sources work →Can visitors ask in different languages?
Yes, in French, German, Italian and English: whichever of these you choose to offer. Visitors pick their language, and each language has its own approved answers.
Read about the product →What happens when the answer needs a person?
SourceKB shows the visitor the next step: your booking page, or your enquiry form with their question already filled in. The visitor sends it through your form; SourceKB doesn’t send anything itself.
View the handoff workflow →Is it AI? Can it make things up?
SourceKB tells every visitor they’re talking to an automated assistant. It doesn’t write answers: it picks from the answers you’ve approved, and when none fits it says so and shows the next step.
See how it answers →Where is visitor data stored?
On servers in Finland, in the EU. The assistant never asks visitors for their name, email or phone number, and conversations are deleted after a period the business chooses.
Read the privacy policy →Where can I ask about pricing or setup?
Pricing details have not been published yet. Send a note about your website and what you need the assistant to do.
